How Lead Scout works
Six steps, one delivery, every Monday.
The pipeline is small on purpose. Verification and follow up are part of the routine, not add ons.
01
Sweep
We pull the week's public business signals for one zone. Directories, review sites, public social profiles, government listings.
02
Filter
We drop anything closed, duplicated, out of category, or already on a client's active list. Everything remaining is a real, open, independent operator.
03
Enrich
We verify the address, the contact name, and the website. A human checks the top of the list by hand before it leaves.
04
Score
Six components: Google Business Profile, website, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, review depth. Each component has a maximum. The six sum to the number you see.
05
Draft
One email and one direct message per prospect. Sender identification and an unsubscribe line are in the email by default.
06
Deliver
One document lands Monday morning. Ten prospects for the week ahead, plus a short strip on any prospect from an earlier week that has gone quiet.
Verification and follow up
A human checks the top of the list before delivery. Any prospect that sits a week without resolution appears on the following Monday's Going Cold strip so nothing quietly disappears.
Honest limits
- Lead Scout reads public data. It does not scrape private accounts, buy contact lists, or guess at emails.
- Scores reflect visible signals only. A quiet operator with a strong offline reputation may score lower than the reality on the ground.
- Coverage is one zone per client. We do not stretch a sweep across multiple markets in a single week.
- No message is sent by Lead Scout. Every draft is delivered to the client, and a human decides whether to send it.
